Heat the Olive Oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the Onions and fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes until softened and translucent. Add the Garlic and Lean Minced Beef and cook, breaking up the mince with a spoon, until the beef is browned. Stir in the Mushrooms and Dried Oregano and cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in the Tomatoes, Beef Stock, Tomato Puree, Worcestershire Sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
