Manage your subscription

Everything about your plan lives under Account settings → Subscription. No phone calls, no "are you sure" mazes.

Upgrade, downgrade, switch billing

Move between Free, Premium and Family anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Switching monthly ↔ yearly happens at renewal.

Cancel

Cancelling takes one tap. You keep Premium until the period you paid for ends, then drop to Free. Nothing is deleted — plans, recipes and history stay exactly where they are.

Receipts & payment method

Receipts are emailed after each charge and listed under Billing history. Update your card there too — charges appear as "MATINN" on statements, in the currency Paddle charged you, with VAT or sales tax included.

Note: if you subscribed through the iOS or Android app store, the store manages your billing — cancel there, and the change syncs to Matinn.
